Frequently Asked Questions

It is an orthodontic bracket that differs from others due to the presence of a second slot located in the center of the bracket.

The DSC Bracket features different slot sizes. The cervical slot is 0.018″, while the incisal/occlusal slot is 0.022″.

No special materials are required; all instruments are the same as those you use daily with other brackets.

Having two slots does not mean you must use two wires. Initially, you can follow the same wire sequence you are accustomed to, and if needed, you can incorporate a second wire as the treatment progresses.

You can work with any tube, but when you purchase the 7×7 kit, it already includes double edgewise tubes. Since these tubes have no torque or angulation and feature two parallel slots, they are the most recommended for use with the DSC Bracket.
